As of July 27th, 2026, Haitian TPS holders no longer have protection. The official ruling has been made.
Our HBA legal team continues to fight this, but right now our most urgent advice is to seek a reputable immigration attorney immediately to understand your options.
If you have a case pending in Immigration Court, it is important to check your hearing date regularly, ideally every few days, to ensure it has not changed. Hearing dates and times may be updated without much advance notice.
