In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court ruled in Mullin v. Doe that the Trump administration can end Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haitians.

TPS is a lifeline for our Haitian healthcare workers, caregivers, food service workers, friends, neighbors, family — COMMUNITY — to stay in the US because returning home is too dangerous.

350,000 Haitian TPS holders are set to be deported. Starting July 24th, their work permits will be taken away, and then mass deportations will ensue. What we are about to witness will be one of the largest family separation events in modern-day history.

Our last attempt to save lives and to keep families together is for the Senate to pass Senate Bill S. 4814, which will extend Haitian TPS for the next three years. Please join us in the nationwide phone banking to urge the Senate to VOTE YES on S. 4814.

Work permits are set to end on July 24th, then mass deportations will follow. Call your Senator today to help protect your community members. Download the script to call or email your Senator.
